Operational Support

LEPCO focuses on proper inventory management to help dealers achieve the most profitable level of inventory turns. Through our Performance Rebate Program, dealers are able to reduce inventory risk, model mix challenges, and carrying costs. Our Inventory Protection Program focuses on retailing interest-bearing inventory by sharing the interest costs.

In addition to inventory management, LEPCO offers parts stocking order programs and next day UPS service to get you the parts you need quickly to help keep your customers satisfied. Our Annual Parts Return Program reduces financial risk for dealers by allowing for returns without a restocking fee.

LEPCO’s professional Customer Service and Inside Sales representatives are here for you! They’re able to help with processing orders, answering questions, and directing calls as needed. Our highly-qualified and award-winning Technical Service team is able to provide support, technical training, education, on-site assistance, and safety training.

Marketing & Sales Partnership

Our Marketing & Sales department consist of Territory Managers, Inside Sales Representatives, Product Demonstrators, and our Marketing Team. Together they work to assist dealers in the promotion and sale of products. The Marketing Department offers showroom display assistance to maximize the effectiveness of showroom space in the dealership. They also offer in-house turn-key marketing programs for dealers. Marketing materials and programming are designed to be the most effective and efficient way to advertise to your end users.

LEPCO’s Territory Managers and Inside Sales Representatives work together as business partners with dealers to assist in the development and growth of each dealer’s business. TMs and the Inside Sales team are the primary contacts for daily business with LEPCO. They can also direct you to a specific department as needs arise.

Mutually agreed upon and planned goals for dealers are periodically measured and tracked to ensure that LEPCO and the dealer are both contributing to performance. Our Marketing & Sales team is here to work with dealers in a mutually beneficial way to achieve success for dealers and the brands we partner with.

Commitment to the Industry

In 2007, LEPCO moved to a state-of-the-art facility with 200,000 square feet of warehouse space and 18,000 square feet of office space. LEPCO has been committed to the outdoor power equipment industry since 1970. The new facility in Marietta, PA offers several expansion opportunities with 100,000 square feet of warehouse expansion and 11,000 square feet of office expansion available.

LEPCO has dedicated service and demonstration areas, a large training room for sales and marketing events. Beyond the building facilities, there is also ample acreage for extensive product demonstrations. In addition to our commitment to the industry, we abide by a company philosophy that enables us to provide services and support to achieve uncommon success in our industry. At all times, we strive to do business in a consistent and ethical manner. When possible, we believe in a “one call, one solution” approach.
