Job Summary

LEPCO is seeking an extremely detail-oriented individual who supports the LEPCO marketing team and other departments as needed with administrative and communications tasks/projects. Position is an on-site role reporting to our office in Marietta, PA. Typical work day is 8 am – 5 pm Monday-Friday, with some overtime during event periods.

Job Responsibilities

This position involves a wide range of responsibilities across marketing, administration, and event coordination. A full overview of duties will be discussed during the interview process.

Contact and Record Management

  • Manage contact records across multiple systems, including managing website logins
  • Regularly import fleet lists, dealer updates, and other key data into the CRM

Administrative Support

  • Schedule meetings for the Sales and Marketing teams using Microsoft Outlook
  • Monitor shared email accounts and business profiles
  • Support sales and marketing staff recognition, packing and kitting items, pulling data reports, and other administrative duties

Event Coordination

  • Coordinate logistics for on-site and off-site events, including booking caterers, restaurants, and hotel accommodations
  • Prepare registration lists, name tags, and event materials
  • Provide onsite event support such as setup, cleanup, and restocking

Dealer Resource Management

  • Update and maintain dealer resources such as pricing files, product documents, and promotional materials
  • Collaborate on business manuals and product launch documents
  • Ensure consistent branding, formatting, and accuracy across all platforms
  • Use Microsoft Office, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat to manage content
  • Audit and archive digital resources as needed

Communications Support

  • Create quarterly internal newsletters in collaboration with HR and Marketing
  • Post updates to the employee portal and assist with digital signage content
  • Contribute to social media content and manage analytics reporting

Dealer Advertising Programs

  • Enter large volumes of dealer ad orders during seasonal periods
  • Assist with media plan documents and reports
  • Help manage dealer territories and fleet customer assignments

Additional Support Duties

  • Cross-train to provide backup for CRM and other marketing tasks
  • Deliver excellent internal and external customer service
  • Support additional tasks and projects as assigned
  • Regularly import fleet lists, dealer updates, and other key data into the CRM

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly compensation range of $20-25, commensurate with demonstrated experience.

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least 3 years in a proven fast-paced administrative role
  • Some interest in marketing beneficial
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check and pass a post-offer drug screen
  • Must be able to work legally in the United States
