Participation in this promotion constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Eligibility
    The promotion is open to individuals who complete the survey and voluntarily provide valid contact information. Survey respondents must work for an authorized ECHO and/or Shindaiwa dealership in LEPCO’s region and be familiar with the 2026 POP items provided to your dealership. Employees of LEPCO, as well as members of their immediate households, are not eligible to win. All entries must be submitted prior to the survey’s closing date of June 30, 2026. Only one entry per person.
  2. How to Enter
    To enter, complete the survey and provide your contact information in the designated fields. Providing contact information is optional; however, only respondents who provide contact information will be eligible for prizes. All entries must be submitted prior to the survey’s closing date of June 30, 2026.
  3. Prizes
    Gift Card Giveaway: The first 25 eligible respondents who submit the survey with valid contact information will each receive one (1) $50 Amazon gift card.
    Random Drawing: All eligible respondents who provide contact information will be entered into a randomized drawing for one (1) $250 VISA® gift card.
    Prizes are non‑transferable and may not be substituted except at LEPCO’s discretion.
  4. Winner Selection & Notification
    Swag bag winners will be determined based on the timestamp of completed survey submissions.
    The VISA gift card winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries after the survey period closes.
    Winners will be notified using the contact information provided. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
    Winners will be notified after July 1, 2026, once the survey closes.
    Please note, winners will be selected from the completion of either the ECHO OR the Shindaiwa POP survey, personalized with questions based on which items your dealership received.
    Odds of winning are based on the number of survey completions received.
  5. Privacy
    Contact information will be used for the purposes of prize notification and fulfillment. By entering, you consent to LEPCO contacting you regarding prize distribution. In addition, winners’ first and last names, along with their employer dealership name, may be listed in future LEPCO communications, including but not limited to email and social media.
  6. General Conditions
    LEPCO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. LEPCO’s decisions regarding all aspects of the promotion are final.
  7. Release
    By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless LEPCO, its affiliates, and their respective employees and agents from any liability arising from participation or receipt of any prize.
  8. Governing Law
    This promotion is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in which LEPCO is located, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Void where prohibited.
